I have a hard time falling to sleep and staying asleep. I can’t take it like it says cause I don’t like the taste. So I put the amount I’m to take in a shot glass with a little orange juice and I get the same results. U do this with all the tintures I get. It works great. They all do. I don’t have to take medication anymore that is harmful to me.,
My mom has trouble waking up at night and can't go back to sleep. She tried this and it has helped her a lot, she reordered more! Although she doesn't practice good sleep hygiene and she still wakes up at night, she is finding relief in being able to go back to sleep, which is a big deal for her.
