I suffer from Insomnia. I mean really really bad few years ago I used to just take a Valerian route and that’s it. I go to sleep but in the past two years after I hit 70 it’s gotten so bad that I am up until five in the morning.
I am trying to find the happy balance of natural products before I go for subscription. The Sacred Sleep Tincture that I’m trying is a little too early to give a verdict.
I take this at night and it definitely helps me sleep better! :) Doesn't taste bad and i would recommend it for others! :)

I’m having surgery and didn’t want to take pain medicine. I purchased the pain tincture, and the one for sleep. I have tried the pain one and it worked wonders for my torn rotator cuff. I have not tried the sleep blend yet, but I have no doubt it will be just as great. Thank you so much

I have a hard time falling to sleep and staying asleep. I can’t take it like it says cause I don’t like the taste. So I put the amount I’m to take in a shot glass with a little orange juice and I get the same results. U do this with all the tintures I get. It works great. They all do. I don’t have to take medication anymore that is harmful to me.,
My mom has trouble waking up at night and can't go back to sleep. She tried this and it has helped her a lot, she reordered more! Although she doesn't practice good sleep hygiene and she still wakes up at night, she is finding relief in being able to go back to sleep, which is a big deal for her.
The tinctures are powerful and beautiful. They have become essential in my life.

I'm not in love with the taste due to the cane alcohol in this product. Haven't noticed a huge difference in being able to fall asleep quicker/easier. However, I have noticed getting a deeper sleep and more of it. Again, it is beautifully packaged, quick shipping.

Had to try it a couple days before left review. It works great. I’m not a fan of alcohol at all but it works better with it for sure, and you guys did a nice job of off setting that taste it’s a little hot under the tongue but it’s a great product and works great. Thank you!
