After using this for a few months last fall, I wasn't sure if it was helping me at all because I didn't notice a difference. In winter, though, I took it consistently daily and never got sick even though I always get sick over Christmas. So okay maybe that's placebo or coincidence right? Well I'm still taking it anyway and then my mom comes over and her allergies are so bad because all of my trees are blooming. Every year, I have to take Flonase to even function for weeks at a time bc my allergies get so bad that they disrupt my life - and I hadn't even noticed the blooming!! Now that I don't have to use Flonase for my allergies, I'm sold for life. This stuff is great and the taste isn't noticeable in my morning tea. I do wait for my tea to cool down before adding in case the heat takes away the good properties.
